Users in space
You pay for each user who has access to the space. If a user has access to multiple spaces, you pay for each space separately.
Requests
Requests are charged at a fixed rate per request. Both requests sent via the public API and requests within the application are charged. User and organization related requests are not charged.
File storage
You pay for the space occupied by the files you have uploaded to the application. Both public and private.
Organization
Each organization pays a fixed amount of €1 for each month in which it exists.

Flat vs. prorated pricing
A fixed price means that you pay the entire amount. A prorated price means that you only pay for the time that the entity existed. The prorated price is calculated with an accuracy of seconds.
Rounding
The amount is rounded up to the nearest cent.
Example
You register on April 16 at midnight (you create an organization, a space, and one user who belongs to that space). On April 21 at midnight, you create one article with two versions and upload one file with a size of 200 MiB. And you make 1,000 requests in April.
1 organization: 1 EUR
1000 requests: 1000 * 0.00002 = 0.02 EUR
1 user in space for half a month: 1 * 0.5 * 0.5 = 0.25 EUR
1 article, 2 versions, 1 file for one quarter of the month: 4 * 0.001 * 0.25 = 0.001 EUR
200 MiB of storage for one quarter of the month: 0.000000001 * (200 * 1024 * 1024) * 0.25 = 0.0524288 EUR
